You could send it to multiple "screens" as you have described them.  The catch
is the
NT machine receiving the notification would have to be running some type of X
windows
when the notification script runs.  There is a way to notify NT stations
natively.  Run Samba on
your AIX box. There is a command that is the equivalent of NT's   "net send"
command. You
could then add the Samba command to your script to pop your NT machines.
