Env: AIX 4.2.1, Netview 5.1.1, Nways 2.0.
This is an obscure question but you never know...
I have Nways Manager 2.0 installed. I received two licenses from a third
party for Nways. The first was for Nways Manger, it installed fine and is
working. The second liscense is for the Advanced Remote Monitor package,
this fails, it will not accept the Cust# and License Key.
One thing I have noticed, the Cust# for each license is different!
I have placed a call with the vendor, but in the meantime, does anyone know
if both of my Cust#'s should be the same on both licenses?
Any info appreciated.
