Robert,
Our product Kardinia Performance Reporter for NetView will produce daily ,
weekly and/or monthly reports (such as on bandwidth utilization for serial
links)  from  the snmpCollect data that is stored in Access (or in the
binary files.).
You can download it from our web site, www.kardinia.com, for a free 30 day
trial. Kardinia Software is a Tivoli Partner.
