Yes, I agree. You'll be better-off with the Backup Manager approach. Depending upon the NIC config on your server, if you have NetView Clients, you have to take care of refreshing/re-mount the NFS file systems after fail-over as well. You can create symbolic links from /usr/OV to the shared disk/file system before installation. - Regards, Mythili |
