There's also these issues:
- Killing all processes using file resources in the shared /usr/OV
volume. Some things like the Web Server and some 3rd party plugins.
- Dealing with the possible need to run reset_ci if the NV Manager's IP
configuration changes. This usually ends up being the show stopper.
- Recycling the snmpd service so that it uses the IP interfaces properly
after failover.
