Technically, netmon does not have a cache, so please tell us what you are trying
to do and why. He has ping lists and SNMP poll lists and that sort of thing,
but tuning them is not documented because there are so many factors to consider,
and what works well in one environment may be a dsiaster in another, or so the
Tivoli Performance guys have shown.
