Acknowledge, in V5, is separate. That is, each operator can do their own
but
the change is not shared except in the case of a refresh, when the r/o copy
picks up the ack status of a r/w map. In V6.01, an enhancement was made to
store ack status so that it is propogated to r/w maps. It is explained in
the
6.01 release notes.
