Problem in installing Fix.

Hi,
     I need to install in our AIX 4.3.3 the fix bos.loc.com.JP.4.3.3.11 (or
higher).
     I downloaded it from the IBM site
"techsupport.services.ibm.com/rs6k/fixdb.html".
     When I tryed to install it, SMIT says that there is nothing to install.

     Can anyone help in this ?
