I had indeed found the info in the archives in the meantime. But
unfortunately, this does not seem to help in my case.
What I did :
1. ovstop
2. ovstop nvsecd
3. . /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh
4. ovstart nvsecd
5. ovstart -v
but I still get an exit code 255.
I will try to reboot my box.
