RE: ovtopmd does not start (exit code 255)

So where is libtmf.a? Can you find it?
It is a Tivoli library. On my AIX system (4.3.1) it is in
/usr/Tivoli/lib/aix4-r1
which the Tivoli setup_env.sh script sets as the first to search in my
LIBPATH:

LIBPATH=/usr/Tivoli/lib/aix4-r1:/usr/lib

If you "echo $LIBPATH" what do you have? It should include the path to
libtmf.a. If it doesn't, then something else is wrong with your system and
has only now shown up trying to start the daemons.
