What you cannot do is use the GUI to configure snmpcollect but there is
nothing to stop you from configuring \usr\ov\conf\snmpCol.conf by hand
using notepad.
If you look at the GUI representation and what's in the file you can fairly
easily figure it out.
Just make sure that you specify only V1 data types like Gauge and not
Gauge32 and it should work fine for the most part.
But it may be easier to convert the MIB to V1 and load it first.
There are appends in this list about public domain MIB converters you can
obtain for free to do that.

You can only collect SNMPv1 with Netview. You will need to convert your
SNMPv2 MIB to SNMPv1. Are you using the RapidCity Nortel MIB?

I have Netview 6.01 on NT, anyone knows how I can collect mibs variables
SNMPv2 on the collect data opcion of the netview, I already do so but
only permit collect SNMPv1, I need collect mib variables SNMPv2 because the
manufacturer (nortel) doens´t provide mibs SNMPv1.
