Reflection and looping aixterm on NetView Aix

Hello,
we have a situation with 1 or more aixterm-processes looping in our system ;
NetView V6.0.2 , AIX 4.3.3 and Reflection 7.10 , as it's
somewhat strange why the situation occurs ( and getting tired of killing
aixterm-processes ) I wonder if someone else has this problem ?
Could it be that users are shutting down the Reflection session the wrong way (
the X-button up in the right corner of the screen ) ?
