I already did this. It does NOT work.

As far as I understand according to description in Admin Guide i should
copy nvevents.correlationRule variable from /usr/OV/app-defaults/Nvevents
to users $HOME/.Xdefaults and then change it desirable value. I did this -
it does not work. For test purpose I copied variable OVw*upStatusColor to
$HOME/.Xdefaults and changed it to black. I expected that all up objects
will appear black on map. Again nothing happend after restarting NetView
graphical interface. In fact, later I made the same change directly in
/usr/OV/app-defaults/OVw without result too. Anyway - I made global change
in /usr/OV/app-defaults/Nvevents:  I changed nvevents.correlationRule to my
ruleset - and it worked.
What I am doing wrong?
