While loading this MIB  I am facing problem, a message as follows

Line 14:Error defining object: found 'TEXTUAL-CONVENTION'

Expected one of the following:
OBJECT IDENTIFIER
OBJECT-TYPE
TRAP-TYPE
::=

Can U pls advice how can I load this MIB
