Are you using xnmloadmib2, the SNMP V1/V2 loader?
This is an SNMPV2 MIB and cannot be loaded with xnmloadmib, the SNMP V1 
(only) loader.

While loading this MIB  I am facing problem, a message as follows 
Line 14:Error defining object: found 'TEXTUAL-CONVENTION' 
Expected one of the following: 
OBJECT IDENTIFIER 
OBJECT-TYPE 
TRAP-TYPE 
::= 
Can U pls advice how can I load this MIB
