    James,

I am not using xnmloadmib, I am following from NetView EUI Options --> Load/nload MIBs --> SNMP to load this MIB but it gives error I had mentioned earlier. This can not be loaded with SNMP V1/V2 option.

    Regards,
    Santosh

Are you using xnmloadmib2, the SNMP V1/V2 loader?
This is an SNMPV2 MIB and cannot be loaded with xnmloadmib, the SNMP V1 (only) loader.
