I will send you another RMON2-MIB which I was able to load with:
xnmloadmib2 -load RMON2-MIB.mib
You should have loaded before:
snmpv2-mib-v1
snmpv2-tc-v1
rfc1213-MIB-II
rfc1271-RMON
rfc1513-TR-RMON

James,
I am not using xnmloadmib, I am following from NetView EUI Options -->
Load/nload MIBs --> SNMP to load this MIB but it gives error I had
mentioned earlier. This can not be loaded with SNMP V1/V2 option.

Are you using xnmloadmib2, the SNMP V1/V2 loader?
This is an SNMPV2 MIB and cannot be loaded with xnmloadmib, the SNMP
V1 (only) loader.

Line 14:Error defining object: found 'TEXTUAL-CONVENTION'
Expected one of the following:

Can U pls advice how can I load this MIB
