Have you taken some measures to prevent the rediscovery?
I mean in your seedfile. Until you do, it will continue to be discovered.

rediscovering
itself
We changed ip address and node name for two foreign locations. I have
deleted the objects from the database, but they keep reappearing on the new
holding area. I have also deleted the object from map. Where else should
they be deleted?? By the way I used the ovtopofix -r ###### to delete
object from database.
I'm using Netview 7.1 on NT.
Thanks in advance,
Herman Caballero
