It's probably possible to capture, but it'd be clumsy at best.
If they are interested in seeing performance data, a performance tool
is a better fit. NetView is best at network fault management.
There's a wildly popular freeware package that creates web based graph
reports and collects performance date. You may wish to check into a
program called MRTG.
