Behavior in this area is very dependant on your code level. At 7.1.3, it
propogates as bad. So the parent location object, for instance, will be
yellow when there is an unreachable subnet in it. It keeps impriving.
Tip: if you use Acknowledge to keep the map green, I've found this to
be true: you acknowledge the red interface card, but the subnet stays
white and so does the parent location object. Take the further step of
acknowledging the white subnet, and the parent location object greens up.
