[nv-l] NV 7.1.3 and TEC 3.6

Hello,

I have made a fresh install of a netview server in 7.1.3, but this server
shall forward its trap to a TEC in 3.6.
In the release note it says to change the Pre37Server flag to the value YES
in the tecint.conf and stop and start the nvserverd to forwar to a TEC
server with a version earlier than 3.7.
I try this but my the TEC still not parse my messages.

What have i missed?
Do i need to do something on the TEC also?
