Not that I'm aware of. But typically such things aren't disclosed
until they exist, so it's hard to know what the priorities or
soon-to-be-in-reality thingees are.

Not that I'm aware of.
The two ways I know of to make noise about feature requests:
Open a PMR and ask if NetView can do X, and if not request to
have them openan enh request. Effectiveness unknown.
Get in touch with your marketing/sales contact that sold you
NetView and get their ear and make it very clear that you have
this business requirement and urge them to get it back to
Tivoli and find out the timeline and whether this is on the
horizon.

I have no immediate needs for v3, but given the ugliness of the
albatross, I hope NetView has support for it on the horizon.
I'm curious of what network hardware your customer is using that
supports v3 throughout the network?
