Does anyone know a tool that can monitor throughput?  The only way I can think of measuring throughput would be manually FTPing a file.  Is there a tool out there that can do this automatically?  I was thinking of using a Speed Test website, but that would measure throughput between my sources and the internet.

Thank you,

Sandro Seminara
