Scott, Isn't the limit within TEC as well? I have a vague memory that a slot in TEC can be no more than 255 characters. Which is why there is a limit on what wpostemsg can send. Have you considered tweaking the BAROC and other places to create some addtional "info" slots so that you can take the original message, break it apart and get it all into TEC with using more slots.
