Iam facing problem while upgrading related to ODBC. I opened PMR also but due to christmas most of them are on leave.

 

I took backup ov directory and registry.

 

Can u please tell me urgently how I can roll back. By just copying back the OV directory and registry.

 

I checked the size of the registry got changed.

HI,

I have netview 7.1.3 on windows.

When upgrading netview from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4 .

What information is needed for TEC Adapter to configure on Netview while upgrading.

Already netview 7.1.3 is configured to send the traps to the TEC.
