You can also write your own forwarder using the API if desired.  The API does allow blocking sends.

UNIX or Windows? On UNIX this is an option on trapd that you set with server setup. You can read about the options in the man page for trapd. Issue "man trapd".

On Windows this is accomplished by registering and configuring the trapfrwd daemon. Read about that in the User's Guide.
