If using browser-based web console, only Java plug-in 1.3 will work. If you are using Java plug in 1.4, it will not work. The applet does not fully initialize under 1.4. Try the standalone (thin client) Java web console (non-browser based). It will probably work fine. I just went through this with support, and there seems to be zero appetite for fixing this applet to work with anything other than Java browser plug-in 1.3. Understandable, it will probably end up in a Websphere servlet anyway. -Jim
