IBM has worldwide support, there is a center of competency
in the US
that the calls are passed to if the local IBM Rep does not work closely
with NetView. Support IS available. Please open a PMR with your IBM
local and if they cannot help you and do not know what to do, escalate
the call and ask them to pass it to the US. There is no reason why you
should not be supported by IBM on NetView.
