From what I have seen they are Cisco CDP neighbors that were discovered during a daily configuration poll. I have only seen it on some of the newer device types from Cisco.

NV 7.1.3 on Win2K

Could anybody tell me where the 0.0.0.0 interfaces come from in router objects?  I have two core routers that have only ever had 1 or 2 0.0.0.0 interfaces discovered....now they both have about 50.....what could this be coming from ?
