The new ITSA Troubleshooting Guide v2.0 is available for customers using ITSA v1.3.
For those that want a copy, please submit a PMR and someone from Support will send it to you.
Also note that the document is available as an IBM Field Guide at the following link:

Click on the Learn checkbox and search on "ibm tivoli switch analyzer".
The new v2.0 document is currently the second one in the list.
