Delete your log file. Start the
OvsPMD service. Check the netview service

I am not able to start the Netview services, it says -
the service is already running.
If I try to stop the services , it says - OVsPMD is not
running, cannot stop the daemons.
The NetView console doesn’t come up and pops up a message
saying for ever – Restarting Tivoli server.
The nv.log file grows huge some times, even this stops the
server. Can you please suggest the steps to overcome these problems.
