Simon, the CD you need is TME 10 Framework Version 3.2  Part number on CD is
LK2T-6059-03.  (At least that's what I received.) Product number is
5697-FRA.  I had to order it through our rep and it was no cost.

As for tiers, Tier 1 is the highest level of supported operating systems,
such as AIX, Solaris, SunOS, HP-UX and NT.  Tier 2 is second level support
operating systems like Digital Unix 3.2 and 4.0.
