I'm pretty sure (well, positive actually) that the NT MLM did
not ship on the NetView for NT CD.  When you ordered NetView,
you should have received a box FULL of CDs.  One of those CDs
is the MLM CD.  It should contain the MLM for all the platforms.

Now to use MLMs with NetView NT you are going to have to somehow
configure the MLM to talk with the NetView/NT box.  Since
NetView/NT does not ship with APM, you are going to have to do
this via APM on a UNIX box or by locally configuring the MLM.
When NetView/NT recieves the first trap from an MLM, it then
talks to the MLM to get it's discovery table and turns over
status polling for that subnet to the MLM.
