It was tested at U451880 (Dec. 97) and that is level we have recommended
for all V4.1 users for some time.
I don't know that there are any dependecies, but I'd put it on to make
sure.  It's easy to do and cheap insurance.

Is there a particular NetView V4.1 PTF you must be at to upgrade to NetView
V5.1?
