Did you apply PTF U443133 for NV 4? This patch brings an integrated event 
adapter into nvserverd.
If you get NO events from the source nvserverd (seen in wtdumprl output) into 
the reception log (tec_t_evt_rec_log) then
the problem is likely to seek at the adapter level.
