Just a guess: Are the BAROC files loaded into the T/EC? Barocs defined the
event classes that the T/EC server knows about. wtdumprl > wtdumprl.out.
Grep in this file for PARSING_FAILED. If you see a proliferation of these
(all with Nvserverd_Event) that means you forgot to load to baroc file. I
believe there are two (nvservered.baroc and tecad_ov.baroc)
