     This has not been the behavior it previous versions of TEM. I have  
     been running TEM 4.2.1 together with NNM 5.01 where NNM occupies port  
     162 like NetView. This didn't give me any problems.

I'm very concerned by this possible problem : we're going to migrate to
NetView 5.1 and one of our third party apps is Transcend (version 5.1, I
believe) Can anyone confirm please !
