Does Tavve integrate with NetView or run independently? Also, does it do any
RCA or just filtering, suppression and correlation?

We've been using Tavve's EventWatch for quite a while now. Works pretty
well for Layer 3.
The newer versions have many Layer 2 features and Frame Relay analysis. We
have a large ATM backbone and don't get a lot of analysis at the ATM layer.
