Subject: RE: [NV-L] New Advanced NetView Class
I'm trying... and I like that now BPA has to respond to my request for more
knowledge regarding the tools they expect me to use. Harlan's response for
my requesting training was "If you don't get it in Gary's class you're not
going to get it. Or are you just wanting to go to training." He said this
in front of Helen... all I was saying was that now would be the perfect time
to obtain the training for TCP/IP. Goodness! Did I hit a nerve? Well I
spoke with Gary about his response and behavior towards Helen and I. Helen
is why we went to CiscoWorks 2000 v. 3.x Now I would like to see us go to
NetView training... in September. As for Harlan... just what I told you
would happen is happening. He said that he is trying to work himself out of
the Tech Lead position... because he doesn't want to be a team lead. I told
you he'd do this... it's the same thing he did to us as Unisys employees.
If he can't get people to believe he is everything and then some to
Networking he gives up on them and goes back to living on his island that he
knows he is the king of. Oh well! What he may need to learn in life is
most definitely not my lesson to learn. He said that I have a need to feel
significant or I'm not happy and that's why I don't handle being wrong very
well. He was supposedly telling me what he thought Gary thinks is wrong
between us (Gary H. and I). I said nothing in rebuttal... I just let him
speak. I do realize when some people get upset from not getting what they
want they lash out at others.
How many more days 'til probation is up? counting!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for
all of your assistance today Oscar! I very much appreciate it and you! The
answer to the problem has to do with the version of the IOS on the router.
Anything below "10.3 might not provide all device details in the inventory
reports."

To all,

But, I think this is something that all of us (including myself) have a
great interest in.
The following information is about a new "Advanced NetView" class.
It is not posted on the Tivoli or IBM web sites (yet).
Below is the course description and contact information.

hands-on practical demonstrations of using these
features in real-world combinations.
------------------------------------------------------------------
