Ray, This is in 7.1.2, here is the excerpt from the release notes: Web Console Enhancements Submap Explorer The Submap Explorer now displays connections and backbones in the Unreachable color when the containing network is Unreachable, and provides new telnet functionality. The Submap Explorer will also provide Layer 2 information if the optional IBM Tivoli Switch Analyzer is installed on the server.

Hello Everyone. NV 7.1.2 on AIX 4.3.3. I'd like to convince my users to switch from the good old native X-Windows console to the new Web Console. I want to conserve memory usage. The only drawback I can see is that there is no easy means to telnet to a marginal or working network node. I haven't seen any updates regarding the telnet via the Web Console. Are there any updates? Is telnet planned for 7.1.3 Web Console? Thanks in advance.
