[nv-l] Custom Menu Functionality from NV Event List

Hello Everyone,
 
Does NV have a method for me to add a customized menu item, i.e.; Tool, Script, 
etc?  Ideally, I'd like to be able to 'right-click' on an event within the 
event list and have the menu item appear as part of a drop down list of items - 
giving the end user the option to select the item and execute the selection.
 
I was wondering if anyone out there has attempted something similar, and if so, 
how did you facilitate it?
