Yes, I had reload the tecfwd.rs ruleset after modification. The trap is not
making it to the TEC server as wtdumprl does not show it.
I will use the nvcorrd trace to see what happens.

Are these TRAPs actually defined in the active rulebase at your TEC
Server? Use wtdumprl on your TEC Server to see if they are actually
arriving. If there is a problem with the TEC definitions, you should
see the event arriving in a wtdumprl output with a PARSING FAILED
message. In which case, fix the baroc files in your TEC.
