Thanks for your response, I have made the change as the solution says:
SOLUTION: Go into serversetup, and change the netmon setting for "Ignore
source route bit in physical address" to "yes".
The configuration is as follows:

Type or select values in entry fields.
Press Enter AFTER making all desired changes.

But it is NOT working fine, netview is still receiving a lot of the same
SNMP  messages, by the way the messages come from all type of devices not
only from Cisco devices....any idea what else to do???
