Yes I did reinstall the Web Console, but the problem I am having is more to the webserver accepting the new changes ...
After I created a new user or modified a user's role, then select to restart the webserver. when trying to login with the new user id, I get the message saying that The new user is not recognized .... or in a case of a new role for an existing user, I noticed that the new role is not applied.
Q1: Any Idea?
Q2: Is there a file somewhere where I can manually modify a user's roles or add a new Web Console User?
Q3: is this happening because the Server Security is OFF? Even if the server security was off before applying the FixPack2 and I was able to add/modify user/role?
