Hmmm - running out of ideas...
Have you deleted one of your rogue users and recreated it?
Could you have white space somewhere at the end of a username and / or role?
Check and make sure that you only have 1 jetty (webserver) process running.

Have you bounced all your NetView daemons and checked that they have really all gone - no orphans left around to confuse things? (I use ps -ef | grep ov as a good start on this).

Otherwise, I think it's time to call Support.

    Security application are in /usr/OV/www/conf - look at the
    .properties
    files - NetViewRealm.properties should have your users defined,
