Blue in color by default is status "unknown". There must have been a problem of some kind discovering this device. Is the upper level device blue, ie you mention that the interfaces are blue, but what about the device that they are a part of. Is that icon blue? If so, you need to delete that device and rediscover it. As long as the device is blue in color, NetView is not truely aware of it. Paul Mohammed Quayum wrote: Hi all, Can anybody help me regarding the subject. The interfaces in the smartsets do not change from unreachable (sky blue color) to reachable (green). Though I can ping, do demand poll. The interfaces which do not change color are in BadOIDs. I have Netview 7.1.4. Thanks. Mohammed Quayum, NOC Administrator, Dubai Municipality. |
