The interfaces should come back when you demand poll the device that contains
the deleted interface.

The interfaces are from different devices combined in one smartset and that
smartset is displayed.
The color of the smarset is green though it has blue interface, I deleted the
interface from BadODIs.
But how I can rediscover particular interface (or IP).

Blue in color by default is status "unknown". There must
have been a problem of some kind discovering this device.
Is the upper level device blue, ie you mention that the
interfaces are blue, but what about the device that they
are a part of. Is that icon blue? If so, you need to
delete that device and rediscover it. As long as the
device is blue in color, NetView is not truely aware
of it.
