Alejandro:
I'm also from Buenos Aires, but i will speak in english because it is the list
language.
On Unix, the only place where you can actualy see the "service object" is in
the object properties of the node in the web console. Try it. You can't see the
service object inside the node in any of the web or native console, as far as I
know with my own experience.
On Windows, it is another story...
PS: PMR is the short for Problem Management Report and it is where you can open
a support issue with IBM specialists. You can create one at
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/support/probsub.html if your contract allows it.

Asunto: RE: [nv-l] Netview 7.1 questions
Scott, thank you for your response.
What I finally did was to edit the nvsniffer.conf and add manually the
services/ports/smarsets. Then when I launched the nvsniffer smarset were all
created. Although I see the services in each smarset folder I do not see them
on the object itself. How shall I force nv to add all services into each object
(apart from the smarset folder)?.
PS: What is a PMR(regarding to the FixPack2? How shall I create one?
B. Regards and Thanks.
Alejandro
