My advice is to call Support and open a problem with them. And I suspect that you are going to have to give them detailed help in re-creating this problem. I did a quick test of this here and saw nothing of the kind, but these were my rulesets and my events and my workspaces, so who knows what the relevant differences are. You will probably have to give Support your rulesets and Workspaces file, and perhaps your nvcorrd logs with tracing, to see whether they can re-create the problem or not. My test was on a direct login of the NetView server - no client code involved - because I don't have one set up, if that is relevant. I am sorry to say that after my test, I am still confused about your problem description. James Shanks Level 3 Support for Tivoli NetView for UNIX and Windows Tivoli Software / IBM Software Group |
