Let me take a stab at this.
You did not mention if SNMP is enabled on the PC.
If SNMP is not enabled, NetView will "assume" that the device is a
router simply because you have two or more addresses resolving to the
same host name. If SNMP is enabled, NetView can determine that
IpFowarding is not enabled, and it will not "assume" that it is a router.
I'm guessing that if you enable SNMP on the PC, then demand poll it,
it will disappear from the IP-Internet level submap.
This behavior is not new.... It's always worked that way.

The ipForwarding value is "not forawarding" and the Windows Key
"IPEnableRouter" is 0.
I have another PC with similar configuration but without this issue.
The main difference between both PC is the one with the problem is
hosted on a blade (in IBM blade center) and the other one is a server
hosted in a "standard" box.
